i really need to lose weight,
i need help on how to stick to something.
i no fruit and veg are important but to be honest im more of a meat eater
i was woundering if i kept my calorie intake to the max 1500 cals each day, weekendd i will struggle because i like to have a drink and a takeaway is that still possible if the rest of the week i eat healthy and still excersise.
any tips on food to/not to eat and any excercises i cant go to the gym any ideas maybe a work out plan.
