im 14 and need to lose some weight, like badly. i need some help. any exersize that i can to at home, or w/ out going to the gym. i already go to the gym up to 2 times a week. i mainly need to lose the belly and stuff. any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!

    you are very young, and you need to be careful. mostly just eat right…no pop, no candy, make sure u arnt snacking all the time at school. start out going for a walk, or going swimming and soon you will notice the weight come off. if not, see ur doctor
