He said "this caused me to worship water."  This is an interesting insight to the power of water! People who want to gain weight stay away from water, so this tell us that people who want to lose weight should drink PLENTY of water.

3. Eat a healthy diet.Your diet should consist of lots and lots of fruits and vegetables, and low protein. Think about it, it you eat 50 apples a day you will not gain weight, but if you eat 50 apple pies a day you will gain a ton of weight. In other words it not how much you eat, it what you eat!

4. Get proper rest.If you don't get proper rest it wont matter how much water you drink or how much exercise you get because your body repairs itself when your resting. Your body needs proper rest to heal itself, and if you don't rest properly you will not get the full benefit of your exercise and your water intake.

Notice I keep saying PROPER rest. You could go to be at three o' clock in the morning and get up at 11 am but this is not proper rest. Trying getting to bed around 9:30 and not later that 10.

I'm planning on going on a 90 day water fast mostly to lose weight but also to build character and respect my religion. i now weigh about 130 pounds, i want to weigh 110. How much weight am i expected to lose by water fasting?
